It's
a really good news for slalom skating we had in Summer ISPO,
held in Munich in early July : Many inline skate brands
decided to add slalom skates in their catalog for 2005-2006,
here is a presentation of the different slalom skates which
are already, or will be soon in the market. |

SEBA
Slalom skates
Totally
New product, already available in Asia and in Autumn 2005
in Europe, Seba slalom skates has many innovations like
the 3 frame sizes : 243, 231, 219 mm / Heel Dumping system
/ adjustable cuff. Available in Black or Red for the Seba

Rollerblade
Twister Pro
Available
in 2006, the twister skates will have few changes :
A
cuff coming from the TRS aggressive skates, a new "viper
like" frame with two sizes : 250 & 245 mm, and
a new liner. Available in Black or Orange. |

SKT100
New
skates for 2006, Roces added a cover on their next 2006
slalom skates. They changed the wheels and the color on
the 2005 SKT 100 hard boot. |

X-Treme
Roxa
presents their new slalom skates in two colors : Blue and
Red. Hard boot and Short frames (243mm) |

Powerslide
Powerslide
tries a strange concept for slalom skates in 2006 : put
a speed skating boot on a short frame (241.5mm). Let's
wait and see if those skates are suitable for slalom or
not.

Salomon
FSK 3V Salomon
made little changes on their FSK boots to enter the slalom
market in 2006 : new frames for Banana rockering and front
strap. Is it enough to make a slalom skate ? |

Nothing interesting for the moment from K2 (maybe "Fatty
Soul" skates ? ), nothing from Fila or other brands.
